Shipping policy

Processing orders takes 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS (most times sooner). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email. Our "Flat Rate" shipping is through the USPS. Delivery normally takes 1-5 days. Please be sure to include your CORRECT shipping information. CRAFTY MIKA CREATION are not responsible for INCORRECT shipping information. If your package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Once your package has been shipped, CRAFTY MIKA CREATION are not responsible for delivery issues. You will need to contact your local post office. Once your order status states "DELIVERED" , CRAFTY MIKA CREATION WILL NOT assist with REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS!!
